We have had many clients ask us about the Aldie Virginia area and what it has to offer.  I would consider the 20105 zip code as one of the fastest growing zip codes in Northern Virginia.  Currently there are about 3,900 homes in Aldie including condos, townhomes, and single family homes. Here are some communities in the area that might interest you.  

Stone Ridge

Stone Ridge is the largest community in 20105.  Stone Ridge currently has approximately 1,500 homes and once the neighborhood is complete it will have over 3,000 homes.  This community consists of large single family homes, carriage homes, townhomes, condominiums (including apartment style condos as well as townhome style condos).  The condo section of the community is known as Amber Springs. The community has won best landscaped community in VA multiple times, and as you drive through you will definitely notice the lovely landscaping!  The community was developed by Van Metre, who is also the primary builder in the community.  There are many amenities including two swimming pools, a club house with gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, and walking trails.  Price ranges for homes in the community range from 200s to 700s.  Stone Ridge is also home to Mercer Middle School , which is the middle school for Aldie and Chantilly in Loudoun County.  It is also home to Arcola Elementary School which also is the elementary school for Aldie as well as some of Chantilly.  The Gum Springs Library is now under construction in the community and also has a Facebook Fan Page  where you can keep up with the progress. Stone Ridge is located off of Route 50.  There is a nice shopping center located in the community with a Harris Teeter grocery store, and multiple restaurants. Kirkpatrick Farms

Kirkpatrick Farms is the second largest community in Aldie.  Currently there are about 935 homes in the community.  This community also is a mixture of Single Family Homes, Townhomes, and Condos.  The condos are piggy back style townhomes.  The townhomes have one car garages as well as two car garages.  There are multiple sections in the community with Single Family Homes, some have larger lots, while others are on very small lots.  Kirkpatrick Farms is also an amenity rich community, with a swimming pool, tennis courts, club house with gym, and more! Kirkpatrick Homes is home to Pinebrook Elementary School .  Kirkpatrick Farms was built by NV Homes and Ryan Homes. Price ranges in the community range from 200s to 600s.  Kirkpatrick Farms is located off of Gum Spring Road and Braddock Road.  You can visit the Kirkpatrick Farms website at www.KirkpatrickFarms.com . 

Lenah Run Hamlet

Lenah Run is a small but desirable community in Aldie.  It consists of 263 homes, which are all single family homes.  The lots in Lenah Run are significantly larger than the lots in other communities in Aldie.  The homes are VERY spacious and many of them have luxurious features including sunrooms, solariums, and many have finished basements.  Lenah Run is located right off of Route 50.  The price range in Lenah Run ranges from 600s to 800s depending on which upgrades were included and the size of the home.  The homes in Lenah Run were built by Winchest Homes as well as Centex Homes.  The amenities that are included are an outdoor pool (although many of the homeowners have their own pool), and basketball courts.  You can visit http://www.lenahrun.net/  for information on the community.

Braddock Corner

Braddock Corner is a community located at the corner of Gum Spring Road and Braddock Road (hence the name, Braddock Corner).  It consists of 163 homes including Single Family Homes as well as two car garage townhomes.  There are nice walking trails and a playground in the community, but it does not have any other amenities.  The homes in the community were built by Winchester Homes.  

Aldie is continuing to grow and develop.  I have not been able to mention EVERY community in Aldie, but I have highlighted the largest ones.  There are two communities to keep an eye on which are in the first steps of building and development.  The first one is Aldie Hunt and the second is Stratshire Crossing.
